Memory Section on

The BORRIS I motherboard comes with
1Mbytes of RAM as standard. If you are using the SHAPE GENERATOR function on the desk a lot of the memory gets used up it is advisable to use the extended memory slots. Using extended memory may also prevent the desk from locking when large shows are stored in the memory. If extended memory is used the desk is capable of storing 2MB of information. |

| The BORRIS II motherboard comes with 2Mbytes of RAM as standard. |

| Boot Up In AVOS |
|
On both BORRIS motherboards there is a set of eight links. If the jumper is placed over the two links and then the desk is powered up this will automatically boot the desk up in AVOS, from this menu you can update the software and AVOS
With the Pearls, if you are using the latest software you can hold down Preset ADD's 21 & 30, then power up the Pearl. This will boot the desk up directly into AVOS |

| Installing New Software |

Download the latest software for your
product from our website. On the you will have downloaded the latest version of the Program, AVOS, and Cached personality files.
At this stage the desk might lock up, if this happens then you will need to carry out a hard WIPEALL |
