Some channels do not work after transport of the frame.
Channels can be made to work by re-seating the controller. This is due to the J1/J2 connector not mating properly |

Disconnect the dimmer frame from power
-
remove the controller
-
for the T2, remove the top flight case lid
for the T4 remove the top-patch panel
-
Unscrew the 4 2.5 nuts holding the J1/J2 connector
-
place the spacer according to picture below (holes facing up)
-
refit the J1/J2 connector and M2.5 screws / nuts
-
refit the controller and test the system
