Reason for ECN Console locks or no keys response if adapter board works loose
Special Parts Required M3x20mm screw, 2x nylon washers, m3 nyloc
Special Tools Required 3mm drill

 

Work Required

Drill hole (ideally with pillar drill) through SAB 6815a and motherboard simultaneously (picture for hole position) so that the two circuit boards can be screwed together with the nyloc, thus preventing separation of the boards and loss of connection.

 



This shows where to drill the hole on the Borris2 motherboard.



This shows where to drill the hole on the SAB adaptor pcb.
The holes is drilled through the centre of the legend '0'



This shows that the nyloc nut and washer are fitted on the top side.
