Mainly happens on Sapphire 2000 consoles

Work Required
Borris2 motherboards using the ST9 adapter board should have IC312 (next to the ST9 DB LOOM header) as 74HC245 not 74LS245 as currently fitted.

Note 74HC245 is not the same as 74HCT245.
