All systems include the electronics to allow control of dimming, contactor or switching bays. Please ensure mains input connectors and quantity of patch cables are specified. See below for details. Standard specifications as below.

 

Rack System Bays

12 Channel Dimming Bay - Plug in Module. 12 Channel Contactor Relay Bay - Plug in Module. 12 Channel Switching Bay - Plug in Module.

Mains Patching Leads

Wieland, 16 Amp Mains Patching Lead   -   0.5m. Wieland, 16 Amp Mains Patching Lead   -   0.8m.

It is recommended that the dimmer patch leads be ordered in a mix of half of the 0.5m and half of the 0.8m.

ART 2000 Standard Specification

All channels rated at 16 Amp with 100% Duty Cycle on all channels simultaneously. 240 uS rise time suppression chokes fitted to each channel. Flexible, interchangeable modular design: - each 12 channel bay can contain dimming channels for mains distribution switching channels. ABB, C rated, MCB Breakers fitted to each channel Neon "Load OK" indicators for each Dimming Channel

 

DMX Input & Channel Control

Dual DMX inputs, both with HTP merge and Loop Out connectors. Fully flexible soft patching on both DMX inputs. Rotary Level Faders for each channel with HTP merge. Termination switches for both DMX Inputs.

 

Control Panel & Status Screen

"Avolites Art" operating system with remote functions. 126 Character LCD Status Screen with display :- Channel levels graphically with Bar Graphs Dimming System Status messages, DMX Start Addresses & Function Instructions in clear, unabbreviated, English. Every function has it's own access button. This allows clear and direct access to all of the Art Systems functions without having to navigate complex menus. "Mains Connections OK" Neon Indicators fitted. Voltmeter & Phase Selector switch fitted. Optional, Ammeter & Phase Selector switch.

 

Mains Distribution System

Connector or CEE 125A. Mains Input Connectors fitted - 3 Phase + N + E. 5 off, 30, 63 Amp, Mains Disconnect Breakers - 48 way system. 3 off, 30, 63 Amp, Mains Disconnect Breakers - 24 way system. Optional, RCD Protection Breaker per 12 channel bay and utility sockets Optional, "Powerlock" Mains input connectors may be fitted. Optional, "Powerlock" or "Camloc" Mains Loop Output connectors may be fitted.

 

Full Mains Hot Patching System.

Full, Wieland Mains patch to Harting or Socapex compatible connectors. Load LAmp" Test Facility Fitted as standard. Optional, Flexible, Patch Bay Light

 

48 Channel System

Bay 1 = 4 Patch outlets per channel - 48 Patch outlets in total. Bay 2 = 2 Patch outlets per channel - 24 Patch outlets in total. Bay 3 = 2 Patch outlets per channel - 24 Patch outlets in total. Bay 4 = 2 Patch outlets per channel - 24 Patch outlets in total.

Total of Dimmer patch outlets = 120 Total Patch Inputs                = 120 Wired to 20 off, Harting or Socapex compatible connectors.

 

24 Channel System

Bay 1 = 4 Patch outlets per channel - 48 Patch outlets in total. Bay 2 = 2 Patch outlets per channel - 24 Patch outlets in total.

Total of Dimmer patch outlets = 72 Total Patch Inputs                = 60 (54 with Harting Connectors). Wired to 10 off Socapex, or 9 off Harting compatible connectors. Additional 9 off - Utility Wieland Sockets @ line voltage.

Amptown Flightcase, on Wheels, with removable Front, Rear and Top Covers All Art2000 Systems are fully CE compliant and unaffected by the Year 2000 rollover.
