Garry Hoare - a brief history
 


 Lighting designer and technician based in South Wales. Graduated from college with a Nursing Qualification, but decided that technical theatre would be more appropriate. Was assistant at the Sheffield Crucible & Lyceum, assistant at the Dukes theatre in Lancaster for their outdoor promanade show in 2000. From then I was freelance with Stage Electrics, Hawthorn Theatrical and SVL global. I toured with Trading Faces Theatre company for 2 seasons as lighting designer and re-lighter for "Tempting Fate" & "Wife of Bath". I am now Deputy Technical Manager/Lighting Designer at Theatre Brycheiniog in Brecon. In August 2002 I will be lighting designing the Annual Brecon Jazz festival in Theatr brycheiniog and other venues around Brecon.
