| Hosted by none other than Radio Two DJ, Chris Evans, this years TPI Awards will return to the Novotel London West in Hammersmith on Monday 8th February. The Avolites team will be there to jeer, cheer and more than likely, drink beer as we salute our fellow 2009 survivors of the live production industry. Plus we can also boast that Hawthorne’s Matt Oscroft will be controlling the event from a Sapphire throughout the evening. | |

| The TPI Awards has become hugely successful in
its own right and since it began in 2002 they have become highly regarded as one
of the worlds most famed networking events for the live production industry.
Graced with live music and great company it is hardly surprising why! As a truly
powering force behind some of the most globally gripping entertainment, the
awards work to push each part of the industry to be at its best. This year sees nomination categories such as: - LIVE PRODUCTION OF THE YEAR, PRODUCTION CO-ORDINATOR OF THE YEAR, LIGHTING DESIGNER OF THE YEAR and THE VIDEO VISIONARY AWARD. The night looks likely to be more extraordinary than ever and we for one can’t wait! |
