| The annual anarchy of Avo life is
about to reach its peak. Like every time this year we recover from the grandeur
of ABTT, where our team seized the moment by speaking directly to key decision
makers and movers of the UK’s theatres, concert halls and arts centers. Then,
before long our Avo support squad were sent to task during the Rock ‘n’ Roll
rollicks of Glastonbury 2010! |

| Exhibiting on stand 114 the
hybrids made their appearance and made their mark in the theatre world. The
Pearl Expert, Touch Wing and Pearl Tiger Touch will be on display along with the
latest launch of the Pearl TITAN operating system, V3 Plus. Built upon the
already successful TITAN brand we’ve worked closely with Titan end users to
refine the Operating System. Avolites bring you three powerful new features,
Live Search, Quick Record and the Attribute Control Panel. Of course, while the consoles are in full demo swing the ultimate Art Power Cube, equally suited for small theatres, conferences and schools, was proudly visible. Based on its big brother’s the Art 2000 install dimmer and 48 way touring the Power Cube has already made a big splash since its release in 2009. |

| Meanwhile, a certain infamous
festival was back to test the mettle of the common gig goer and turn them into
hardened festival fledglings. Between the 23rd and 27th June a hot listed line
up of artists descended on a modest piece of Earth known as Glastonbury for its
40th anniversary celebrations. It is here, the site of more than 90,000 campers,
that Gorillaz, Stevie Wonder, Dizzie Rascal and others took to the stage at
Pyramid. The festival had one Tiger Touch in Bloc Nine as well as five of Avolites’ Pearl Expert’s on site, two of which were working in conjunction with the TITAN Wing. Glastonbury also played host to the Pearl 2004 and three Diamond 4 Elite’s with Showsafe and five x Art 2000 Dimmer racks were confirmed as on site. |

| Notes: ABTT: For over 30 years the ABTT Theatre Show has been the only UK event exclusively devoted to promoting the latest technology for theatre and performance buildings as well as theatre productions. Glastonbury: Established on the 19th September 1970 (the day after Jimi Hendrix died) Glastonbury celebrated it’s 40th year of festival fun. |
