were programming and preparing their show in Avolites this week, getting ready
for the 2009 Echo Music Awards in Berlin. Using a Diamond 4 Vision to control 110 Washes, 84 Spots, 18 Searchlights, 48 Strobes and 105 LED Fixtures! With the experience and creativity that Peter, Al and Mike will bring to the show, the awards are expected to look phenomenal. Running for the 18th time in Berlin, the Echo Music Awards will elect the best National and International Artist, Group, Single, Album & New Comer. The Irish rock band U2 will perform live on stage and present their new single “Get On Your Boots” live for the first time in German television. Katy Perry, whose current single “Hot N Cold” has been a worldwide hit, Depeche Mode, Razorlight, Coldplay, Duffy, Jack Johnson, Lionel Richie, Sasha and many more will also be present. The previous Echo award winners, determined by their previous year’s sales were Robbie Williams, James Blunt, Christina Aguilera and Madonna.
