Avolites were once again winners at 2001 Live Awards, picking up two Silver Awards - for Lighting Control Desk of the Year (Pearl 2000) and a for Excellence in Training.

The Awards were presented at the 2001 Live Awards ceremony at Alexandra Palace, generally recognised as the definitive live industry party and networking event of the year!

Avolites also sponsored the Young Lighting Designer of the Year Award for the fourth year running which was won by Stephen Abbis, who’s work includes the Stereophonics and Embrace.

This years awards were presented by the legendary Deep Purple lead singer Ian Gillan.
