Avolites' expansion programme continues with their acquisition of a new 500 square metre building in the same street. 

Declared open at the beginning of March, the space is exclusively dedicated to the production of ART dimmers. The move was necessary because of the success of the Avolites ART dimming range over the last year.

The new premises is a custom designed facility specifically tailored to ART dimmer production. It will enable Avolites to fulfil orders quickly and efficiently, and will also allow increased room for the existing console facility at 184 Park Avenue - the same building that houses the administration.

Recent ART dimmer sales include to Skyscape at The Millennium Dome, Greenwich, The Royal Festival Hall, London, Hawthorn Theatrical, White Light, Stage Electrics and The Northern Ballet in Leeds - in addition to all the usual rock 'n' roll suspects!!

In one order alone, Avolites' German distributor Trendco took delivery of 21 ART 2000 dimming systems. Another order for 10 has just been completed by Tony Shembish, heading up the newly established Avolites Middle East, to Protech in Dubai. These dimmers will be used for the opening of The Arab Tower in Riyadh, the tallest building in the Middle East - at the end of March. The Protech order also includes a Diamond II and a Diamond III console.
